RETURN POLICY

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of your delivery. You are responsible for the shipping charges for returned merchandise.

  • Custom items are not returnable.

  • You are entitled to an exchange within 14 days of your delivery, except custom items.

  • There is a 10% restocking fee for returned items. Your original shipping charges will not be refunded.

  • In case of exchange the return shipping cost will not be repaid.

SHIPPING

Orders place through Speedcult.com are shipped via the United States Post Office. We ship to addresses through out the United States using the USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are calculated in real time based upon the size and weight of your package.

Most orders should ship within one or two business days of it being placed.  Orders placed after 12pm on Friday, on Saturday, or Sunday will not be shipped before its next business day, which is normally Monday, unless it happens to be holiday. Then, well… You know.  Because we make what we sell, it is rare for us to be out of stock, but things can happen.  If there should be a delay, we will let you know the estimated time so you can decide upon waiting or cancelling.

The delivery estimated times of arrival provided by the USPS for USPS Priority mail are based upon when the USPS takes possession of your package. When Speedcult.com ships a package, it is typically picked up, and in the possession of the USPS the next business day after we physically fill your order and process your shipment. The USPS Priority Mail estimates are not to be taken as a guarantee that your package will be delivered in that time estimate.
